About Us

Wayne has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has held virtually every position in the industry having started his career as a skilled craft person (electrician), advancing through the ranks of the subcontracting community, and eventually transitioning to general contracting/construction management. Wayne has spent the past 16 years working in leadership roles at three ENR Top 50 construction firms. He has dedicated himself to applying lean philosophies, processes and tools to the construction industry in practical ways, promoting sustainable building design and environmentally responsible construction, and most importantly being a servant leader supporting the professional growth and advancement of co-workers and colleagues.
